The Villa

Villa Sugarbird is situated on the beautiful unspoilt Caribbean island of Tobago and located on the Sanctuary Villas estate.  Surrounded by mature tropical plants and trees, the villa is tastefully furnished and decorated with the local environment in mind. Villa Sugarbird features an open lounge and dining area with its own locally made hand forged furniture, upholstered with colourful cotton prints. All of the four bedrooms have air conditioning systems installed and each one is furnished in such a way that relaxation comes naturally. Queen size beds are to be found in three of the bedrooms and the fourth has twin beds. The owners have created an extremely comfortable villa for everyone. The villa is equipped to a very high standard with Cable TV, VCR, Hi fi system, telephone two electronic safes and a hairdryer in each bathroom. Externally, there is a 32' X 16' swimming pool, Barbecue, sun loungers and umbrellas; everything one requires for a wonderful holiday in the "Capital of Paradise"

Accommodation

This traditional Caribbean style 4 bedroom villa accommodates up to eight people and offers spacious and flowing living areas that are further extended onto a generous covered verandah and sun terrace with 16 x 32 ft private pool

Ground Floor

Features an open style kitchen with cooker, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher, spacious dining and living area that opens onto a covered verandah, sun deck and pool. There is a fully equipped laundry room and guest powder room. A generous bedroom with AC, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom opening onto a verandah and pool terrace

First Floor

Three spacious bedrooms with cathedral ceilings open onto the full length verandah overlooking the pool and landscaped grounds. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, AC and ceiling fan.

                                                 up to 8 people – US$350 per night

A complimentary welcome food pack is provided and six days housekeeping services are included. Rates include service charge and taxes are all included in the price. The airport is just a 15 minute drive away - you will be collected from the airport. The villa owners can arrange a special discounted car hire rate for you as well during your stay.
